What types of properties do you manage?
Commercial properties, apartments and single – family homes can be found in my portfolio. I manage about fifty doors, which refers to the number of entry doors to properties.
How do you successfully manage different properties?
I go 110% for everybody. I also have to determine what is the highest and best use of my time. My hope is that my owners trust me and let me do my job.
What makes you stand out as a property manager?
I am hands on, and I review properties on a weekly basis. I do in person
inspections, and strive to stay ahead in terms of repairs/ maintenance. Tenants Safety is number one.
When should a property manager be hired?
If a property owner lives out of town then a property management company
should be hired. I recommend that a property management firm should be hired when the owner begins to age. This is a time of life when they should be enjoying themselves. Lastly, a property manager should be hired when the property owner’s personality is not a good fit for this kind of work.
Is a background check necessary?
Yes! I perform more than a credit check or take a reference from a previous
landlord. I cross-check references and even court records. My screening process is very thorough. This results in little turnover.
